In an effort to ensure moral recovery and instil integrity among its leaders, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources initiated the conduct of a learning course on Administrative Reforms and Anti-Corruption on March 28 to April 1, 2016 in Carranglan, Nueva Ecija. The five-day crash course on administrative reforms was attended by the following MGB-X leaders, namely:  Rodante B.
