The Provincial, City, and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils (P/C/M DRRMCs) are respectfully advised to take precautionary measures in view of weather disturbances affecting the country.  These weather disturbances may bring heavy precipitation which may endanger people’s health, safety and livelihood, and the environment.

The general public is advised to be prepared in the event of the occurrence of landslides and floods.

The Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Committees (BDRRMCs) are advised to coordinate with their respective City/Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officers (C/M DRRMOs) to plan for any emergency, including identification of safe and suitable evacuation centers.  These evacuation centers should not be located in landslide-/flood-/hazard-prone areas.

BDRRMCs are advised to initiate evacuation and readiness measures.
